What is the easiest way to learn how to type faster on a computer keyboard?

How to learn to type better? ?

I am 37 and I never learned the correct way to type. I can type pretty fast, like 60 wpm, but I look at my hands while doing it and use the wrong fingers for the wrong keys. How can I retrain myself to do it the right way? Suggestions?
