What’s the best way to learn how to type without having your eyes glued to the keyboard every second?

I’m a pretty decent typer but everytime I type, I have to keep my eyes on the keyboard alot and I don’t like this. I want to learn how to type without glancing down at the keyboard frequently. Anyone have a brilliant idea, please don’t hesitate to share.
