Well i use Aim and for some reason that made me and my sister type really fast

Practice, practice, practice. It’s the only way unless you want to use a Dvorac(?) keyboard. There are typing tutors available, but mostly they are for beginners.

Aside from practice, learning to use the Dvorak keyboard layout will help, as it was designed to work well with your hands. There are a few sites out there that will help; a quick google for “learn dvorak” should find you want you want.
A bonus is that you’ll be less likely to get repetitive stress syndrome.
